FRIENDS OF EMERALD HILL LIBRARY

WELCOME

Welcome to the Friends of Emerald Hill Library website. We are committed to the preservation, maintenance and promotion of a public library in South Melbourne, a local hub to the South Melbourne community, for all ages, young and old.

Emerald Hill is the historic name for South Melbourne. The library is situated opposite the South Melbourne Town Hall.

We not only support the local community and the library network, we provide various events, speakers and regular Book Club meetings for those interested in science fiction novels, non-fiction novels, creative writing exploration or topics focusing on arts, crafts and gardening.

Sign up today if you’re interested in one (or ALL topics), and we’ll keep you posted about our upcoming events we’ll be hosting soon.
